libflann-dev software package provides Fast Library for Approximate Nearest Neighbors - development, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libflann-dev
libflann-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libflann-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libflann-dev *
You will get with libflann-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
